AU4842 is a monolithic half-bridge smart power stage with integrated power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It is capable of producing 25 A continuous current over broad input supply range.

AU4842 is intended for applications that require high light load efficiency. AU4842 enters ultra low quiescent current state while under light load conditions.

The monolithic design helps in optimal dead time and reduced parasitic inductance which leads to good efficiency. This extremely tiny 3 mm x 4 mm FC-TQFN device operates between 100 kHz and 2 MHz.

AU4842 interfaces with tri-state output controllers and supports standard fault interface. Additionally, an accurate current sense and temperature sense are included in the IC.
