AU4852 is a monolithic half-bridge smart power stage with integrated power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It is capable of producing 35 A continuous current over broad input supply range.

AU4852 is intended for applications that require high light load efficiency. AU4852 enters ultra low quiescent current state while under light load conditions.

Tri-state output controllers are compatible with this gadget. It also has a general-purpose current sense and temperature sense.

The AU4852 can operate between 100 KHz and 2 MHz and is accessible in a relatively compact  3 mm x 5 mm FCTQFN.
