General Description

AU47C2 is an AVSBus compliant dual output 12 phase buck controller with built-in OTP & MTP non-volatile memories (NVM), PMBus™ & AVSBus interfaces. Advanced control features such as programmable DC and AC load line, undershoot (UVR) & overshoot reduction (OVR) provide fast transient response hence needing low output capacitance. The controller supports TLVR output configuration.

The device also provides dynamic phase add/drop for efficiency improvement across loads. It supports fast dynamic voltage transitions with programmable slew rates.

Programmable parameters can be configured by the PMBus/AVSBus interface and can be stored in NVM as default values. The MTP gives an added advantage of optimizing the device performance in the field.

The controller enables and supports advanced diagnostic capability.
